"Leadership is not about being in charge. It's about taking care of those in your charge."

WHY VOTE FOR ME?
Proven Advocate
I’ve been an active OSPOA member since joining the Oregon State Police in 2020 and have consistently placed the membership’s interests above my own.
Trust & Transparency
Being an effective leader requires high levels of trust and transparency. Improving communication with the membership and engaging in honest, straight forward conversations are at the forefront of my priorities.
Offensive v. Defensive
In law enforcement we know that action is always faster than reaction. The same principle can be applied to advocating for our members. By proactively addressing key issues and implementing employee-centered programs, OSPOA can eliminate or mitigate any negative impacts on our members before they become an issue.
